Welcome to Prime Diesel Solutions. We are a family owned diesel service company whose primary focus is customer service in order to form lasting business relations built on trust. We take great pride in providing our services with integrity, professionalism, convenience, efficiency and cleanliness; all for a reasonable cost to keep your engines up and running. We not only have a shop where you can bring your equipment, but we are also a mobile diesel service company, so we are able to come to you for your diesel engine maintenance, inspection, and repair needs. SERVICES OFFERED
From maintenance and inspections to major and minor repairs, we work on any make or model of diesel engine and have extensive experience with some of the more unique engines, such as MTU and DEUTZ engines (including the newer Tier 4 technology).
Generator SErvice and Load Testing
Our generator service and inspections are second to none. Every major and minor inspection we do is done with a fine tooth comb. We know that generator reliability is critical, no matter what kind of load they are carrying. We go above and beyond to make sure any down time is on your schedule and not your generator's.
Fuel polishing
Instead of disposing of your fuel periodically and replacing it with fresh fuel to protect your engines, why not just have it restored? Fuel polishing is not only economical, but it is environmentally conscious with no down time on your mission critical equipment. Fuel that sits unused for long periods of time goes through normal degradation and is the most common cause of engine failure. Fuel polishing will dramatically help preserve function and efficiency of your fuel as well as help avoid costly, and potentially catastrophic, down time. Fire pump inspections
We offer diesel fire pump engine service, inspection and repairs on all makes and models of engines. Our technicians complete a thorough inspection of the engine, change oil, filters, fluid sampling and testing. We offer repair suggestions, and services if we find any concerns with the system.
Oil Field Service and repair
We have worked in the oil field on everything from Frac-Pumps to continuous power generators. We are equipped to perform most types of service out in the field or at the customers location. We work with our customers to get their equipment up and running as quickly as possible, all while providing the highest quality of work.
Construction and agricultural equipment
We provide work on all equipment from the small tractor sitting in your field and the manlift at your warehouse, to the large excavator on your construction site. We even have specialized training on the Tier 4 John Deere engines.
